Susan Patricia Loughnane is an Irish television and film actress[1] and occasional model. Her first role was on the Irish hidden-camera comedy TV series Anonymous[2] as the daughter of Pamela Flood's character Doreen. While training in New York City, Loughnane starred in the short film 50 Ways, which debuted at the Traverse City Film Festival in July 2010.
Loughnane played the role of Jane Reynolds in the TG4 television drama Maru,[3][4] which aired in early 2010. Loughnane also made appearances on the TV3 television drama The Guards,[5] and on the series Single-Handed. The series is directed by Thaddeus O'Sullivan and involves Loughnane playing Elaine, a 17-year-old Connemara girl. She appeared on the cover of Social and Personal Magazine in June 2010.
In March 2011, Loughnane began filming the second season of Love/Hate, playing the lead role of Debbie opposite Aidan Gillen.
